Moore’s has a wide range of capabilities utilizing HVOF, HVAF and E-Gun equipment as well as CNC ability for both coating and polishing with a finished product tolerance of one-thousandth of an inch (0.001). We currently work on all cylindrical drilling components (mandrels, washpipes etc), wear plates for pipeline application, agitator and surface rotors, and PDM’s. We also offer carbide strip and polish only options.
