As a conglomerate of cultures and people, Moore’s Industrial Service Ltd. encourages and enhances an all-inclusive working environment. Training and development, both in house and outsourced, are engaged to address this uniqueness. State of the art training in confined space entry, forklift, crane, first aid, accident investigation, hazard assessment and the handling of dangerous goods are just a few key topics we cover in a variety of languages. Employees are tested periodically for exposure to harmful chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE) is maintained and tested regularly to ensure optimum effectiveness. All equipment is provided by the company so employees can accomplish their job effectively and safely.
In 2012 Moore’s Industrial Service Ltd. received their Certificate of Recognition (COR) and within the last decade injury reductions have vastly improved. Work related injuries are managed through the Health, Safety & Environment office. A team of medical professionals and department leaders facilitate the return to work as soon as possible through an excellent modified work program.
